DREAMER'S ANTI-STRESS DIET

This is a specially formulated diet designed to help "dreamers" cope with the stress of both EPS (Episode Anticipation Syndrome, see below) or the new affliction of Dreamers EOTW-RVS (EOTW Repeat Viewing Syndrome whose major symptom is 'uncontrollable sobbing')

BREAKFAST
1 bowl of strawBEHRies and cream
1 cup of coffee to treat the tossing, turning insomniatic
nights caused by EOTW-RVS

MID-MORNING SNACK
A lowfat latte or double espresso since the morning coffee didn't kick in
One Krispy Kreme
A few Gummie BEHRs

LUNCH
small salad or a trip to the local Senor Chow's
1 Hershey kiss
A few more Gummie BEHRs
One more Krispy Kreme
One Jamba Juice - aka Blood of Alien smoothie, or any other liquid that provides comfort for wounded lunchtime hearts

AFTERNOON TEA
1 cup of Camomile tea
the rest of the kisses in the bag and the rest of the Gummie Behr's and finish the box of Krispy Kreme's!

DINNER
1 bottle of wine (red or white)
2 cherry cokes
1 large link kielbasa (May be substituted with lunch left overs since Senor Chows food brought about too many tears prohibiting the ability to open mouth and insert eating utensil. Not to mention the mortification of being kicked out of the restaurant for inappropriate crying in the stir-fried noodles.)
Mashed potatoes or fries smothered in Tabasco Sauce
1 bowl of Apple(by) sauce
3 snickers bars (or Any and all left over Halloween candy that was not dispersed to trick-or-treaters - or withheld from trick or treaters on Tues. It is permissible to delve into your own children's bags should the need arise. )

LATE NIGHT SNACK
1 tub vanilla ice cream, ala Liz
The second box of Krispy Kreme's you know you bought!
A pitcher of StrawBEHRy Marguaritas
